The team at Evolving Mindset are deep rooted in the Merseyside area and connected with our local communities and aware of the many local factors that impact upon peoples mental health and well-being.
As a team, we have gained a significant level of experience of working in the mental health field and the Community sector with a cross section of organisations including The NHS, mental health and well-being charities and Voluntary Organisations supporting people living with mental health needs. Alongside this professional experience a number of our team are able to draw on personal experiences of mental health difficulties.

Evolving Mindset offers a solution for our communities promoting equality, inclusion and, connectiveness and are committed to tackling the stigma of mental health by providing mental health education for all.

Our vision is to be a leading Mental Health provider, addressing gaps in community Mental Health support provision locally. Our vision has always been to create safe, non-judgemental spaces for our communities to access and assist with the reduction of mental ill health and suicides within the Merseyside area.

Evolving Mindset’s mission is to actively engage, educate and empower individuals, groups and organisations across Merseyside. We are committed to erasing the stigma surrounding mental ill health through our innovative psycho-educational support programmes and working collaboratively with our strategic partners.

MEET THE EVOLVING MINDSET TEAM

Phil Noon
Co-Founder & Director
Phil is one of the co-founders and Directors of Evolving Mindset CIC.
Phil has vast experience working the third sector and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's services.

Andrea Beatty
Director
With over 24 years of experience in the education sector and a decade in management, Andrea brings with her a wealth of expertise in leadership and strategic planning and is a valuable addition to the Evolving Mindset team.
Andrea's career began as an English Lecturer, and over the years has taken on senior roles such as Curriculum Manager, an interim Curriculum Director in addition to Head of School.

Keith Shepherd
Director
Keith has over 30 years experience in Sales and Marketing and brings with him a wealth of expertise to support Evolving Mindset in developing our strategic plan, which will help diversify our income streams.
Keith overcame his own difficulties and challenges after receiving support from the Evolving Mindset Team. He is really looking forward to supporting us with our mission to end the stigma associated with Mental Ill health, something he is very passionate about.

Karen Noon
Director &
Office Manager
Karen previously worked for a local charity for over 25 years, where she gained and developed her valuable skills. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from within the sector and holds a Level 3 award in Education & Training.
She loves being part of such an invaluable seeing the positive impact it has on people's lives.

Sophie Bentley
Advisory Board Member
With more than 15 years working in the Voluntary sector at a number of high profile regional and national charities, Sophie comes with a wide range of skills, connections and attributes to support Evolving Mindset through our advisory board, helping us to grow both organisationally but also within our reach to helping more people in need. Sophie is currently a development manager for the University of Liverpool, but has worked with funders, philanthropists and trusts to help shape and guide their giving to causes.

Adele Wood
Project Co-ordinator
Adele has 30 years experience working within the health & social care setting, managing a range of support & community services. She is a qualified person centred counsellor who is passionate about promoting the positive mental health and wellbeing of others.

Kirsty
Session Facilitator
Kirsty is a session facilitator, passionate about promoting well-being and supporting others on their journey. Kirsty empowers people to take charge of their well-being, offering guidance to explore thoughts, develop coping strategies and build resilience.
Whether facilitating group sessions, or providing 1-1 support, Kirsty is commited to making a positive impact, using a warm and friendly approach.
